Presented by Olivier who grew up on a vineyard in Provence overlooking the Mediterranean sea. He is a graduate of the renowned National Hospitality School of Nice, France, in a program which includes 3 years of extensive wine classes. He also has a degree in French cooking and baking. During the last 40 years he held positions involving wine selection and food knowledge.
